In this exercise, put your both feet’s together and inhale while you raise your hands above your head. Now stretch your feet and bend your knees. Continue with this position for 60 seconds.
Boat Pose:
Boat pose is one of the helpful exercise that works in reducing body fat. You have to sit down on mat and after that stretch your legs. The knees need to be pulled up ad thigh should be tight and toes should point out. Then raise your feet off the ground and make 45 degree angle of your legs. Your spine should be straight and body should be in V shape.
